Calico Cuddles

This is dedicated to my good friend Pauline for her BIRTHDAY!


Zorra, our most mysterious cat photographed above, is our most difficult of all of our cats to photograph. One because she hid for the first year that we had her, and was not a social cat. Also, she has extremely photo [light] sensitive eyes and can hardly see in the light. Her eyes actually vibrate. So it is nearly impossible to get a focused shot of her eyes. We have few good shots of her.

Now-a-days, she IS very social and cuddly though still prefers it to be dark. She has come a long way in other issues, too, such as health problems, since we got her. But her eye problems are the same, and she still prefers it dark. But at least some things can change for the better.

Pauline has been such a great friend for a long time! She's really an awesome person!
I'll always remember The Shelter ART Project we worked on together, a project very near and dear to my heart, which was such a joy to me...
and of course her support of The Shelter in general and her love for animals, and always helpful of others... a very good and kind person.
Besides animals, we have a couple of other things in common, and I've enjoyed talking with her over the time we've known each other.

I always enjoy her artwork so much, too!
