These have just now been moved to the SHOUTBOARD, so that I can make room for more features of the work of others. I didn't have room for the Winter Solstice Feature, otherwise.

A Unique Announcement

I've JUST moved the rest of my stamps to my SHOUTBOARD. I will use this space for other things in the future.

For now, I guess it's okay to share something nice that happened to me on dA. I've had no idea when to share, as I've felt incredibly shy about it.

It happened a while ago. I was extremely taken aback by an announcement I received. =BrigetteMora hosts a wonderful program here on dA. So I was chosen to be awarded, and then featured during December, as a "dA Hero" [like an unsung Hero?]

Apparently, someone nominated me and explained something of why I should be awarded... [as how it works- go to =BrigetteMora's site to find out more, if curious...], I have NO idea who nominated me, OR WHAT they could have possibly said.

But... here's the extraordinarily beautiful stamp/badge that goes with this humbling award:

I will move it to my SHOUTBOARD, at some point soon.

Whoever started it all, I want you to know, that while a bit difficult on the one hand, this is deeply special to me. None of my words can do justice to my very heart-felt emotions, I have about this.

It's great to hear from you, yay!
Oh, I'm glad you like the features!

I'm really very sorry I missed your birthday there on the 12th. I have to confess now, I am NOT really an "actual day birthday person" as I am no longer able/capable of being able to keep track of all the ones I am to keep track of these days all togtether, both because of how much the number has grown so exponentially, and because of my particular type of... issues.

Therefore, over time I changed my life philosophies to help deal with such thing... such as:

I DEDICATE THAT to YOU, for the WHOLE MONTH of December AND January...

I will be continuing to celebrate you, my awesome friend!!!! Why not? You deserve way more than ONE DAY.

Not only that, but I'd like to do something special, you never actually ask... which is how I do my Monthly Features, but I've encouraged others before... and I'd LOVE feature you for my January/New Years Feature... so I'd like to have you in my New Years Feature with an extra special birthday feature addition!

Oh Sirrah, I don't know why...
I felt a little "frozen" about it, suddenly extra extremely shy, like a deer caught in the headlights... I know that might be a very strange reaction, but sort of like on stage a bit with the spotlight on me, I guess that's the best way I can explain...
... and I think another part of it, is just not really knowing why...

I mean, of course I know I'm not a bad person at all,

but I just really did wonder, just WHAT was it, what had it been, that had been seen as good, or maybe what single act... or what aspect of me...

But I didn't want to press... I didn't want to ask, oh no... I didn't want to ruin the mystery, or the anonymity. I think that is part of this program, and I was so honoured I wanted very much to play by the rules.

I don't know, it's kind of like...

how I've told you about how I feel about giving one of my works of arts as a gift-- this feeling inside of me, that it's not really good enough for something like a GIFT, like that's the ULTIMATE use of a work of art! In my eyes, anyway...

I feel shy in the same way, the feeling of being good enough for an award like that. It's difficult to imagine, and I felt shy to share... but they encourage putting the stamp on the Journal/Shoutboard, and I do want to help spread the awareness of such a nice program!

Thank you for your happiness for you me. Your kindness is loving and sweet, and I just love ya for it!

It felt good for me to to work on the journal today, so thank you, and I loved featuring you, so fun,
