Yes You Darling

In this dedication, I am thanking certain people for very particular things... of course there are others, who have bestowed other kindnesses, oh there is no doubt about that... but for now I leave it here, or else a novel shall be written!


This is the so adorable Shay at The South Coast Humane Society who has been advertised in the adoption sections of our newspapers in the past, when she first arrived to us, and again with this NEW photo here, and on our Petfinder and FB, pages as well.

Shay has been available for adoption for a very long time by now, almost a year?
She is a Pit Bull Terrier with a beautiful brindled coat, soft soulful eyes, and a sweet expressive face with a truly affectionate personality to match. She is all around agreeable, playful, loyal, and just one downright darling doggie!

People? They pass right by her kennel. Most rarely stop at all, to give her even a moment to let her light shine!
The people who have commented say that she's just not a pretty dog, OR especially near the beginning, some were just outright turned off by her saggy teets, which had been quite saggy, likely due to being overbred- but they have returned to almost "normal" by now.
Honestly, *WE* don't see anything wrong with this dog. We think it's due mostly to the fact that she "looks too Pit", as the dog in the kennel across from her is also a Pitt, and has been there forever, and no interest is shown for him either.

Anyway, Shay IS AWESOME, and WILL MAKE an AWESOME companion for the loving person or family who is lucky enough to adopt her!!!
