Yellow Rose of Friendship

This is a week late, but I dedicate this to my dear friend Melissa
for her BIRTHDAY which was June 20th!


Always so very sweet, with such genuinely kind, encouraging, and uplifting words.
Thank you so much for everything my lovely friend, and I want to wish you much happiness in all your days to come, for all the kindness you dole out to others.


When I was very young, my closest childhood friend and I would say that a "yellow" rose meant "friendship".
We didn't really know if this was "true" but that's what we thought we made up!

And it has always stuck with me.
