Who's Watching Who

This is dedicated to my good friend Celeste for her BIRTHDAY!
[which was on February 28th... and I am very late, which I told her before my trip in Feb., that I would be... ]


Celeste had been a wonderful and supportive friend for such a long time by now, so kind and considerate, too-
not to mention an amazing artist, especially when it comes to her traditional work.
I have even watched her improve over time, even though I've been impressed since I first began to watch her.

Photographed here is our polydactyl Raya, which I think some of my regular watchers on dA may be aware of by now. She certainly has a few photos already on dA!

She is one of the two of our regular ferals left who we care for on a daily basis now. She is living on our property permanently now, and in fact, there behind her, on the back porch there, is our first attempt at creating an actual feral house for her.

She [and Winston, our other feral] did like it, and use it- as it's MUCH warmer than not having one at all, but it has since been improved upon twice, and JUST very recently we replaced it completely by hopefully an even better one... but we even want to replace this one later, when we are able to have better materials!

Anyway, Raya, is watching me intensely [like I'm crazy, I'm sure... ] as I run around on our snow day, with my camera! She, meanwhile, is staying where it's dryer and warmer, of course!

Raya has become a precious addition to our family, even though due to her wildness, she wouldn't want to be inside, and I just adore her. Her looks are always intense, but she stays close and is always great company when I'm outside.
