Dedicated to dear friends Crista and Aina for their BIRTHDAYS which were June 21st and June22nd, respectively, [of course, I'm running late, as always! ]
I sure do appreciate Crista's and Aina's ongoing support of me, as well as ongoing support of The Shelter Project for a long time by now! They each are amazing artists, too!
Johnny is a petite ALL-black cat, who was scared to death for a while, when he first came to The South Coast Humane Society where I volunteer, but he has calmed down so much, and he is so cute and friendly!
He has been in the newspapers for "Adopt-a-Pet" recently and is on Petfinder.com found through our above link there, with his complete description.
He's one that has stuck around a while though, likely because he's an all-black cat, as this is what tends to happen with them.
Johnny has been adopted!

Dear Crista and Aina, Thank you each for being so supportive here on dA. and I wish you the best in everything this coming year. 's Your Friend, Tea

Go go Go Johnny go Go Go Johnny go....

[ NOTE: Thank you, in advance, for any 's I may receive for this image. I am honoured and grateful that anyone would think well enough to it. So thank you from the bottom of my heart . I understand if you don't have time to comment, but thank you for any kind comments, too. It's important to know this NOW, as I may NOT be able to do individual thank-you's for 's, or in case I cannot respond to each comment, either. Thanks for understanding. And, if you just came to view, I appreciate that, too. ]
Oh wow, awesome shot! I love comparing this one and your another shot with white/orange cat "Get to know me", the photos are so similar (perspective mostly) and yet so different, like ying and yang
Hello an thank you so much for your wonderful support and this amazing and insightful comment.
Yes it is true that perspective and post-processing on the two are about the same, and yet the cats themselves, and their colourings couldn't be more different.

I like your yin and yang comparison.
Thank you for mentioning this.
So many people still have such strong superstitions about black cats.
Yes, he is cute, thanks!
