Special Times and Special Places

These are really great friends and amazing artists here on dA, I think they're very special, and I wish them the very best in their new year to come... lots of special times, and special places!

I still have tons of special photos from my trip about six months ago, when it was my birthday... and it was a most amazing time full of truly wonderfully special places...  I've rarely had a chance to share even 5% of them- so when I get around to sharing one here or there, it is very meaningful for me to do so.   Or should I say... it is very... special?

this little city is one truly gorgeous, awesome, and... austere place!

Home to a handful or two of films, too, like Kindergarten Cop, The Goonies, and The Ring III- and MORE!
This, just off the top of my head.

Now there have been several places on this planet since I've been born where "I've left my heart" including San Francisco... yes, just like the song...

But I dare say, this is the most recent place, and there hadn't been a new one in a long time.
It's just a variety of everything that I love...
