This is dedicated to a very good and thoughtful friend:

If you know Mel, you know his kindness and thoughtfulness!

which I have always loved and plays a big part for the reason for this title...

Mel has been especially supportive of me and my work, since I've met him on dA!
He's even supported The Shelter Project in every way that one can.

Photographed here are two of my cats Tsuki [all white]
and Philippe [all black], [both rescues, from two different facilities...]

They are often cuddled together in the same place, in some "Balanced" fashion- in this case they are exactly symmetrical. They seem so different and yet they are balanced together, especially when you consider their completely opposite colours which when together, remind me of the YIN YANG symbol:

Though I have many photos of them laying together, either awake or asleep, here is a previous one which I did upload to dA:

To see them like this, and asleep, gives me such a sense of peace and balance,
and a wish for the world that even when we are different, we could get along together in mostly what makes us the same- therefore coming very close to BALANCE!

omg I almost died when I saw this photo your white cat looks so much like my cat I had many years ago even with the sleeping pose and face not visible ...Mel I know that you must appreciate the didication they are always so wonderful
