Peace, Love, Friendship

I would like to dedicate this my very dear friend Mim, *mim304 who is truly a such a remarkable person.

One of my most favourite flowers is the Peace Lily.
And I've not mentioned that to a lot of people, and it's because of it's heavy symbolism for me. It's truly a very special flower.

It looks to be such a graceful flower, the way the top is so unfolding and flowing, and yet it is also very hardy and strong.
It represents peace and love, and therefore to me, does so in both gentle, sweet, and yet very supportive ways, representative of the gracefulness combined with strength.

Of these recent times, in my friendship with Mim, and especially as I've gotten to know her, it the Peace Lily that has come to mind over and over, as she herself, continuously reminds me of it.

She reminds me of Peace, Love, Grace, and Courage and Strength- both in her own life, AND in how she's been toward me, as a good friend, and therefore, Mim and the Peace Lily also epitomize Friendship as well.

I've known her a long time on dA, but it's been almost a year that we've been gradually getting to know each other.
Yet in more recent times, I don't think she realizes, both just what a joy it's been becoming friends with her, and what her friendship means to me.

Mim is a true gem of a person, and a most amazing artist, too!

I truly value our friendship. I can't say enough, how glad I am to have met you here. But I'm very grateful that our friendship has grown. It means very much to me, and I can't thank you enough for being genuinely understanding, supportive, and encouraging. You're also, an inspiration, in many ways. And keep up your artistic ways! I look forward to it. 's You know I wish you the best.
