Out to Celebrate

This is dedicated to a long time friend Momotte *Momotte2 for her BIRTHDAY!

[Her Birthday was Sept. 24th, but I was away from dA, and out of town... But I took the names of all dA b-days with me, of those who had them during my trip, even if I can't do gifts for everyone, but at least to give out wishes...]

This is my first upload from my actual trip, and of course have MANY photos, as the place we ended up was an extremely photogenic area, even though we had to be there for business.

I have never personally been this close to a squirrel, I think it may have been nearly domesticated! But I had so much fun with this squirrel- it sat on my foot at one point...

But during this shoot, which was right at the beach, [Harris Beach- Brookings, Oregon] I was reminded of Momotte's b-day, and how even though it's NOT a Marmot, that one of my better shots might make a nice dedication gift for her b-day.

She is a long-time supportive friend to me and my work here on dA, and I have had the pleasure of enjoying her stunning nature and animal work of her own!
