Like Candles Unto the Dark

Dedicated to Denyse, my dear dA Mom, who's birthday is actually (and currently still, barely) today,
October 7th!

I've known Denyse quite a while by now, since meeting her on dA- which was not long after she joined...
but the truth is, it seems longer than that, and in a good way! When you know someone outside dA, not even necessarily by real life meeting, but by things like texting, emails, real mail, etc., then your friendship becomes broader, deeper, and seems longer, too.  
Denyse was mother-like from early on and we both liked that kind of friendship.

Denyse has a very BIG-heart, lots of compassion, and has LOTS of love to give to many, not just me, which is one thing I really like about her.

I love how she continues to work on her art. She does such a super job, I'm a big fan, and I'm really proud of her efforts.
She always puts her best into anything she wants to do and learn. It's such a wonderful trait.

Dearest dA Mom, You are amazing. Many people think so. And even when times are extra difficult, you are still a light in the dark. I know you are a bright spot in my life, and I can't thank you enough for that. I wish you the best in your coming year, and many moments of happiness and light.
