It's a Matter of Perspective by TeaPhotography It's a Matter of Perspective by TeaPhotography
Perspective on something, anything really, is just not the same for everyone... because we are simply all individuals, with very individual ways, backgrounds, and world views.

What matters most, is respecting each other for the WAY that we view things. :aww:

After all, even if we do not agree with every view that there is, if we learn respect, we can at least learn ABOUT a new view or perspective.

And only then, can we grow as individuals. :aww:

Of course, this is just my personal perspective, on things. ;)

I understand if you don't have time to comment, but thank you for any kind comments, too. :aww:
It's important to know this NOW, as I may NOT be able to do individual thank-you's for :+fav:'s, or in case I cannot respond to each comment, either. Thanks for understanding. :thanks:
And, if you just came to view, I appreciate that, too.

:D That is an interesting way to describe it!

I didn't actually twist the colours around, but the whole image itself, is inverted.

I agree, tolerance and respecting another ones views is highly important. I have an immense respect for my son's views even though we don't always see eye to eye, but it's wonderful to get his point of view on things, and makes for a great discussion :)

Exactly! Plus it is wonderful that you have this kind of relationship with your son...

it has taken years for my mom to get to a point of being able to have good and real discussions despite our very different view on things. :aww:

Yeah, we goof all the time...and I put things in a way that is positive but yet gets the message across...eg., I need you to help me get the table set, washing to the washing machine...etc.

Yeah, I understand what you mean...my mom never discussed anything with me...its kind of sad parents don't get what a great feeling it is to at least try to understand their child's point of view on things, instead of just thinking that their point of view is how it should be, or what the child should believe...they miss so much! I think that is where the generational gap was born lol

That's really lovely between you and your son! :aww:

Yes, I know... my mom and I are so much better nowadays... when I try to discuss things with her, but when I tried when I was younger, it was too hard for her to want to "hear" anything...

But at least we have an "improved relationship" where some never do get that chance... I guess that's the saddest of all.

I'm so glad your mom is willing to 'hear' you now, it sure makes for a better relationship like you say :) I never knew my real mother/father, and my adopted mother/father was...well lets just say not a very nice people at best...but then I have a wonderful sister to talk too :) for which I am thankful for, and an amazing family!

This is really interesting... I learn more interesting things about you, all the time. I feel it is too bad that your adopted parents weren't so nice... :hmm:
We sure all can have such different family background experiences, and different current family situations, and yet, we can relate at times, in various ways with our experiences in interacting with various family members... and no, they aren't always positive.

I sure am happy that you do have a wonderful sister to talk to!
:D
That is really awesome.

I do love my only sibling, a brother very much--
even though we are not alike at all, and don't really have anything common, ... even so, I wish we both did talk to each other more often. :aww:

Aww Tea, thank you sweetie, but I've moved on to look forward to the future now, and so grateful for what I do have and yes, you are so right...but what is so wonderful is that my husband often tells me what a great person I've turned out to be,(not tooting my own horn at all here)...but I am so thankful I didn't turn out like them :) Yes, I am thankful for many things in life now!

Yes, it would be great if you could talk more with your brother, life is too short :huggle:
