I know that does seem strange right?
And I know the subtitle of the group even makes it more confusing...
BUT, they do have ONE folder for over a year now, where both cats and dogs are submitted, because it is a folder that promotes adoptions from shelters and humane societies etc., so since such places include both cats and dogs, it is why they do accept cats to that one folder only.
I hope I've helped clarify, what does seem to be a confusion.
