I don't know where I'd be today, without my miles of piles of diaries and journals containing writings of a wide range of who knows what, except to say, of a therapeutic value that I cannot begin to assign.

Without writing, I would not be here. Writing has saved my life, so many times over, in so many ways...
And it continues to do so.
