Filled with Light

From under my parents' tree when I was visiting, which I helped my little nieces decorate, I was meditating on this the darkest time of the year, and the symbolism behind bringing out lights during this time. Tree, house, candle, and other lights begin to abound in the darkness, as we approach shortest day, the longest night...

It's a dark time, but it's also filled with light.
