"Autumn Sunrise Beach" necklace:

Well, if you love the season of Autumn, or even just the traditional colours of Autumn, or if you love sunrises or sunsets,
or anything related to the Ocean, or all of the above, this special necklace piece could certainly be for you to celebrate these themes of Nature, or perhaps for someone you know.

This piece is made on real silver wire, jump rings, findings, and lobster clasp. I didn't advertise it back when I should've, because after I photographed it, I misplaced it, but now that I've found it again,   it still looks the same in beauty- even the silver, and I've re-tested it and so happily it is still in perfect working order!

It is made with oval/teardrop shaped light-weight wooden pieces, maybe balsa (but not exactly sure what kind at this point), and round ceramic painted beads. The rest are of a variety of seashell pieces, of many different colours, AND shapes. A few are tumbled, (so they appear shinier), a few are natural, and there are little "pearled shells" near the top or clasp.

At the bottom, there are three different shell pendants of similar size, but of different natural designs and textures all facing out (smooth side inward) which I have wire-wrapped to hang evenly from the necklace itself.

(The shells were not gathered from myself, as I do not gather these types of things anymore, even in pieces, from their natural environment, but I had a friend who had them, and she wanted badly to make a trade, and I figured they she already had the shells, and that I would not mind to experience to work with them. The thing is, living where I do, by the ocean, these kinds of themes ARE very popular.)

Anyway, I really love this particular piece how it turned out, especially since this was near the beginning of my wire-wrapping days, and the pendants are so nicely wire-wrapped. And it seems very unique to me... then again, I DO love AUTUMN, SUNRISESSETS, and the OCEAN!!!!
Probably, more than most things...

This is definitely a Nature-lovers piece, or at the least, a necklace with a very Earthy look and feel to it.

This piece is probably, a one-of-a-kind, and would be nearly impossible to replicate- if anyone wanted something else similar, I would need time to locate such materials again... "make trade"

Though many of my necklaces already have extensions built in, with those that don't, it is not a problem to add one, if needed.

Of course, I have lots of animal & insect, and other nature- themed jewelry mostly separately, (thought I have LOTS of SETS, too) and of course many other things not related to animals at all- most of which NOT uploaded to dA. But if curious, or interested, in anything, simply ASK. I do personal photo uploads to STA.SH to communicate images of jewelry works on a more individual basis.
